Estimated annual consumption of 4,859,100kWh (4) Delivery period: From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027- 3 - (5) Delivery place: As in the specification (6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those whoshall: ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerningthe Budget, Auditing and Accounting．Furthermore, Minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come underArticle 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kyusyu and Okinawa area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2025,2026,2027.
