SK/HK実験用神岡電子計算機システム 一式 資料提供招請に関する公表次のとおり物品の導入を予定していますので、当該導入に関して資料等の提供を招請します。 令和７年12月11日国立大学法人東京大学総長 藤井 輝夫◎調達機関番号 415 ◎所在地番号 13○第８号１ 調達内容(1) 品目分類番号 14(2) 導入計画物品及び数量SK/HK実験用神岡電子計算機システム 一式(3) 調達方法 借入(4) 導入予定時期令和８年度３月以降(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件Ａ 本システムは実験装置の一部として運用されるため、１日24時間、365日の連続運用が可能であること。 Ｂ 神岡施設のスーパーカミオカンデ、ハイパーカミオカンデ実験のデータ収集システムと連携して動作できること。 Ｃ 大量の観測データを定常的に安定して実時間処理を行うことができること。 Ｄ 大量の観測データの長期保存が可能かつ、連続稼働が可能な高い信頼性を持つ12ＰＢ以上の大容量のファイルシステムを持つこと。 Ｅ 大量の観測データの実時間処理ならびに多人数の同時使用を可能とする、十分高速なネットワーク環境を有すること。 Ｆ 観測データ処理を含む大規模な科学技術計算、画像表示が行えること。 Ｇ 多人数が同時に使用可能な統一的なハードウェア・ソフトウェアシステムを持つこと。 Ｈ 現システムからの円滑な移行が可能であること。また、システム切替時に実験を長期間中断することなく移行できること。 Ｉ 現システム上で開発されたユーザーソフトウェア資産及び現システムのテープ上に保管されているデータの移行が可能なこと。移行すべきテープ上のデータは、調達までに４．５PBを超える見込みである。 Ｊ 資源を有効に利用可能な処理言語、各種アプリケーションソフト、支援ユーティリティを有すること。 Ｋ ソフトウェア等のバージョンアップに速やかに対応できること。 Ｌ システムの障害に迅速に対応できる保守、サポート体制であること。 ２ 資料及びコメントの提供方法 上記１(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。 (1) 資料等の提供期限 令和８年１月13日17時00分(郵送の場合は必着のこと。)(2) 提供先 〒277－8581 千葉県柏市柏の葉５－１－５ 東京大学柏地区共通事務センター契約チーム 和栗 正幸 電話04－7136－3580３ 説明書の交付 本公表に基づき応募する供給者に対して導入説明書を交付する。 (1) 交付期間 令和７年12月11日から令和８年１月13日まで。 (2) 交付場所 上記２(2)に同じ。 ４ その他 この導入計画の詳細は導入説明書による。なお、本公表内容は予定であり、変更することがあり得る。 ５ Summary(1) Classification of the products to be procured : 14(2) Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Computer system for the SK and HKExperiments 1 Set(3) Type of the procurement : rent(4) Basic requirements of the procurement :Ａ Since this system will be operated as part of an experimental apparatus, it must becapable of continuous operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a yearＢ The system shall be capable of operating in coordination with the data acquisitionsystems of the Super-Kamiokande and Hyper-Kamiokande experiments at theKamioka facilityＣ The system shall be capable of processing a large amount of experimental datastablyＤ The system shall have a large-capacity file system of 12 PB or more, which iscapable of long-term storage of large volumes of observational data and provideshigh reliability for continuous operationＥ The system shall have a sufficiently high-speed network environment that enablesreal-time processing of large volumes of observational data and simultaneous use bymultiple usersＦ The system shall be capable of performing large-scale scientific and technicalcomputations, including observational data processing and image visualizationＧ The system shall have an integrated hardware and software system that allowssimultaneous use by multiple usersＨ The system shall allow smooth migration from the existing system. It shall alsoenable the transition to be completed without long-term interruption of theexperiments during system switchoverＩ The system shall enable the migration of user software assets developed on theexisting system as well as the data stored on it. The data to be migrated currentlyamount to approximately 6 PB on disk and slightly less than 4 PB on tape, and thevolume is expected to increase before system procurement.
