• 1992年 (平成4年): 級別廃止に伴い特定名称のみの蔵となる
• 1998年 (平成10年): 生酛造りを始める
• 2013年 (平成25年): 日本初の日本酒製法の芋酒「あけの GT」発売
• 2016年 (平成28年): 香港 IWSC 純米大吟醸サクラサクラが部門最高金賞受賞
